Serene location, clean rooms, amazing view, friendly staff, great food.

Nothing, all great.

The rooms had stunning mountain views that we couldn't get enough of! The staff were always warm and ready to assist with our needs. We were surprised with a complimentary tea which was a lovely touch. Plus, the key location was peaceful and away from the city noise.

Although the location was great, it was a slight inconvenience as we had to travel a bit to get to the main market. , the kitchen staff could improve a bit on the breakfast options.

I was impressed by how the manager at Griffon's Nest went out of his way to ensure my comfort. He not only checked in on me multiple times throughout the day, but also arranged for food from his own home when I arrived late. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the view of Gangtok city was worth it. I would highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and beautiful surroundings.

I loved my stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and hospitable, going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and I appreciated the great facilities, especially the delicious breakfast they served. Even though it was far away from the main market, the hotel's location down the mountain was tranquil and offered stunning views of the surroundings. The staff also provided transportation services which made getting around this city very convenient.

What a fantastic experience! the rooms were great, with comfortable beds and complimentary snacks. the hotel's location was excellent, as it allowed me to enjoy some peace and quiet, yet it was still within reach of the business district. the view from the rooms was simply breathtaking. the staff was very attentive and went out of the way to help me with everything I needed. They even provided me with complementary Wi-Fi and breakfast, which was a big plus.

My only complaint is that the beverages were overpriced, which made it difficult to enjoy them as much as I wanted to. given the overall quality of the hotel, this is a minor issue that pales in comparison to the other benefits of staying here.

If you're looking to stay in a peaceful location away from the crowded market area, this hotel is a great option. The staff is friendly and their service is impressive. The basic amenities provided in the rooms are more than enough. Also, the prices are quite reasonable. I loved the breakfast here. It was delicious and freshly prepared.

It took me a long time to get a taxi to The Griffon's Nest as they don't have share taxis. Although the location of the hotel is peaceful, away from the busy center, getting to it requires hiking up and down mountains, which could be difficult for some guests. On the other hand, the staff is friendly and the rooms are nicely decorated, with new furniture and clean bathrooms. They have a great panoramic view of the city, which is a plus.
